We use a variety of information that we obtain from various sources, including from you directly, from publicly accessible professional platforms, and information we generate through analysis, in order to provide Linkbound's social selling intelligence services.
This information is visible to any internet user and has been made public by individuals through their own privacy settings.
This includes:
- Profile information: name, job title, company name, professional headline, location, and profile URL
- Public engagement activity: full text of comments on posts, reaction types (like, celebrate, support, etc.), timestamps of interactions, and the content that was engaged with
- Connection and visibility data: profile view counts, connection degree (1st, 2nd, 3rd+), and mutual connection indicators
- Engagement patterns: frequency and recency of interactions across multiple posts over time
Important disclosures:
- The individuals whose information we collect have not provided their data directly to Linkbound
- They have not specifically consented to our collection and processing
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any professional networking platform
- We collect only information that is publicly visible without authentication
Information you submit to us
When you create an account and use Linkbound, you provide:
- Your account information: name, email address, password, company name, job title, and billing details
- Tracking configuration: URLs of professional profiles you choose to track (your own and/or competitors', industry leaders')
Information we generate
Based on the information above, we analyze and generate:
- Engagement scores: calculated from the frequency and recency of interactions
- ICP match scores: percentage assessments of how well profiles match your specified criteria
- AI-generated outreach suggestions: personalized message recommendations based on specific comments, posts engaged with, job roles, and company context
When you or other Customers submit data to Linkbound through the Service, you acknowledge and agree that we may use aggregated and anonymized versions of such information to improve our AI models, engagement scoring algorithms, and platform functionality.
This aggregated data enhances the quality and accuracy of insights available across the Linkbound platform.
Payment information
If you purchase a subscription, we collect payment information through Stripe, our payment processor.
We receive only:
Transaction confirmations and payment status
Last 4 digits of your payment card, card brand, and expiration date
Billing address
We do not receive or store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment credentials.
Technical and usage information
When you access and use Linkbound, we automatically collect:
- Device and connection data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution
- Session data: login/logout times, session duration, pages accessed, and navigation patterns
- Activity logs: searches performed, filters applied, profiles viewed, lists created, and actions taken within the platform
