You are creating content and giving value to your audience. People are reacting, commenting, and engaging with you. Now is the time to turn that engagement into business opportunities.

Filter your People list to find your ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles)

Not all engagement is equal. With Linkbound, you can filter your People list by job title, industry, company size, or location to focus on the most relevant profiles - your ICPs. These are the people most likely to convert, so you can spend your time where it matters most.

How to use the Companies tab in Linkbound

Depending on your sales approach, you can flip the script: instead of starting with people, start with companies.

Ask yourself - Which organizations do I want to work with/for? Then use Linkbound to view companies where your engaged profiles work.

You’ll see how many people from each company have engaged with your content and how much of the organization you’re already reaching. This "Company Coverage" view helps you spot warm leads at the company level - especially powerful if you offer services like HR consulting or tools meant for team-wide use.

Systemize Inbox: Select and save as Interaction in Linkbound

Your inbox is full of gold - don’t let it get buried.

Instead of manually copying messages into a CRM or doc, Linkbound lets you highlight any part of a message and save it directly as an interaction tied to a profile.

This way, key conversations are always attached to the right person, easy to revisit, and ready to guide your next move.

Organize your Network with Custom tags

Every workflow is different - your tagging system should be too.

With custom tags in Linkbound, you can organize your leads based on your own logic: sales stage, persona type, location, content interest - you name it.

Tags are fully flexible and visible across all features, so your organization stays clear whether you're filtering contacts, qualifying leads, or planning campaigns.

Add Profiles Manually in Linkbound

Not every valuable connection engages with your posts. Some people fly under the radar - but they’re still key to your growth.

Linkbound lets you manually add any LinkedIn profile, even if they haven’t interacted with your content. Once added, you can start tracking future engagement or send personalized messages based on shared data between you and the profile.

Export Leads from Linkbound

When it’s time to move from insights to action, export is your bridge.

Linkbound lets you export selected profiles along with their signals, tags, and key interaction data - so you can continue working your leads in a spreadsheet, CRM, or team handoff doc.

It’s especially useful for sales teams that collaborate across tools or want to run targeted campaigns outside of LinkedIn.
